John Posiviata has lived and worked in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area since the late 90’s. During that time he has successfully owned and operated small businesses with direct ties to the Real Estate industry. Having owned a property restoration business specializing in damage caused by water, fire and mold, he understands how challenging home ownership can be as well as the hidden damages that can occur without warning.

John holds many licenses and certifications in the state of Florida including Home Inspector, Mold Assessor, Mold Remediation as well as IICRC certifications in water & fire damage, EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) certifications. He belongs to many organizations; Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI), the Home Inspector Association of South Florida (HIASF) and the National Organization of Remediators and Mold Inspectors (NORMI). John understands the real estate and insurance process, having owned, remediated, remodeled, and successfully sold many properties over the years. His knowledge and understanding of the purchase and sale will put a buyer and their agent at ease during the very personal and delicate process leading up to the closing.
